ABA Center on Children and the Law
“Promoting Access to Justice for Children and Families”

The ABA Center on Children and the Law relies on grant funding to support its diverse portfolio of children’s law projects throughout the country. In addition, donations from individuals, law firms, foundations, and companies provide invaluable resources to help the Center’s team create and implement a vision for future improvements in the field.

For example, donations help team members:

  • Create new written materials and trainings that improve direct services,
  • Disseminate guidance about important legal developments in case law and legislation,
  • Gather and share information about model legal programs for replication, and
  • Build networks of attorneys and advocates who can learn from one another.

In short, your support allows us to ensure the law serves as a powerful tool to promote children and families’ interests. If you believe in that vision, please join us by donating to the Center today.

 Thank You for Your Support!

Matching Gifts
If your company offers a matching gift program, you have the opportunity to double your contribution. Your donation will be recognized in our materials at the combined value of your gift and that of your company’s matching contribution.
Tribute Information
Recognizing someone with a charitable gift is a thoughtful way to express your commitment to justice while honoring loved ones. If you are making a gift in honor or in memory of an individual, please provide information about that person below.

The ABA Center on Children and the Law receives funding through the ABA Fund for Justice and Education (FJE).  The FJE was created to accept gifts and grants to support the public service and educational work of the American Bar Association.  The FJE qualifies as an exempt fund under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and all contributions to the FJE are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
